Each marketing campaign requires different tactics, but I always start my strategy with the question: What do we want to accomplish? Here's one I did surrounding the Vancouver International Wine Festival for Trialto Wine Group.
With reference to the sales calendar, I determine what's appropriate to include in each campaign, taking note of which SKUs/products that need support and any planned promotions.
